Following his well received album for EPM Music (`True Faith’) in January, Carl Taylor teams up with fellow Yorkshire man Paul Hunter to deliver the`Life EP’ on Carl’s own `Auterform’ imprint. For over a decade Carl has showcased his signature deep and soulful Techno sound on the likes of EPM, Bugged Out, F-Comm and Dust Science; whilst his `Warehouse Trax’ series have also earn’t him a reputation for delivering tough, dirty edged beats. Since 2008 Paul has released finely crafted belters for labels such as Skint, Escape, and Muzik K. His more melodic / ambient output can also be found under the pseudonym of `PSH Project’. All 3 tracks on the `Life EP’ feature classic Techno stylings, yet still keep a firm footing in 2012. Its evident that both producers have an ear for harmony and understand the dynamics of Techno music, and this EP will undoubtedly find a home with both Techno veterans and new recruits alike.
